Aerlig Elections Called

Adelwin, Aerlig: The streets of Aerlig are a buzz with activity this afternoon after the issue of writs for the elections of the ninth Parliament of the Republic.

The Prime Minister declared the election early this morning, after the passing of the Powers of Action Act concluded the 8th Parliaments business. Aerlig looks set to experience its second set of elections, with most of the electoral cycles failing to gain more than the required number of candidates.

Early outlooks make the election hard to predict, but it looks possible that the current eXpansionist Party may be able to regain power in a coalition government.
