Neo-Micronationalism, Neo-Nicasia

24th October 2002 - Karuna City, Nicasia.

On the 24th October, three days after the move of the People's National Forums, a new Constitution was drafted in the Republic of Nicasia.  It contains articles for developing a new Micronational Government largely based on the 1918 Soviet Government structure.  This Constitution makes good progress in developing a simple, and Socialist document detailing the creation of a Classless, free Nicasia, a beacon of Socialism for the whole of the Micronational World.  It harks a new age for Nicasia, and the beginning of the future, what will probably become known as the "Nicasian Age".  The Constitution can be found here.

There are already plans, after the ratification of the Constitution, to produce a Socialist Economy based on a market socialism principle and to empower the people to own the means of production.  Along with the 5 Month Economic Plan, a totally free press to give the means of publication into the hands of the proletariat.  With this, Liberal Socialist and current Provisional leader of Nicasia, Nick Paine, plans to produce a Judicary as good as that of Babkha.

Nicasia, if its Constitution passes, will provide all with employment by law and will have an open migration policy.  It will seek intermicronational peace and prosperity and a new Socialist age of Micronationalism.  Elections are also due soon and candidates are expected to stand for the various commisriats to be created and even to challenge the current leader for position of DP which a term lasts for the epic period of 6 months.  The highly democratic, free and socialist nation is hoped to attract the idealist, industrialist and power mongers, all catered for under the Constitution.  We can only hope its ideals suceed and help the development of a new world.
