Yesterday (Nov 26th), Cardinal James Murphy resigned as Morovia's Foreign Minister, at the height of Morovia's latest constitutional crisis - the missing King (again).

Commiserations at the Cardinal's departure were received from a number of key citizens, as well as Baron Holbrook, Prime Minister of the Most Serene Empire of the Cumquat.

Meanwhile the scenario of the absent King has once again risen it's ugly head. Although Morovia is a constitutional monarchy, the King is still required to be present for the government to function legally.

A number of options to mitigate the effects of this in future are currently being discussed, but it remains to be seen if any changes are implemented this time round.
