1. For what purpose was the Free Citizens Board originally created?

2. When the board began to be used by the Free Republic, as its owner, Ras Anderson, did you ever state conditions under which the Free Republic would be able to use it or under which it would revert to your sole control? If so, what were they, and can you please provide evidence of them.

3. When the Free Republic was using the ezboard, would it be considered to be under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the Free Republic?

4. Was the Free Republic at any time informed that it would no longer be able to use its ezboard, or did it at any time state that it no longer wished to use it?

5. In its current state, what does Ras Anderson hope to do with the ezboard?

5. Does Ras Anderson object to reviving a dead ezboard, and if so, why?

6. Why has Ras Anderson chosen to password only some of the fora and not all of them?

1.  Its original purpose was to serve as the FR state forum.

2.  At the time I set no such conditions (I assumed my legitimate ownership of the board was a given).

3.  Most likely it would've been, since as its owner I had given my consent for its use as an official forum.

4.  No and No.   I felt no need to inform them.

5.  Still not sure...  At the moment it is like my private meuseum, but that could change.

6. No, but if I'm to give up my own board I'll need some sort of compensation.

7. I've been too busy lately to really bother with the FR forum itself.I'll rectify that situation and lock all the forums when I have the time.

With regard to your answer no. 4, as it is obvious that you considered yourself to be lending your board to the Free Republic for its use, could you please explain why you felt no need to inform the FR that they no longer had your permission to use your board, and also why you decided that the FR should no longer use your board?

With regard to your answer no. 6, you state that you would need some compensation for giving up your board. Obviously that infers that giving up your board would result in some kind of loss to yourself. In order that I can independently consider what an appropriate level of compensation might be, could you please state the nature of this loss?

Could you also please state what micronations you were a citizen of during the period that the FR was using the ezboard?

1.  I was out of micronations, and thus had no reason to be confined by 'diplomatic considerations' (like informing them I was pulling the plug) or anything like that.  I locked the forum originally in anger at some of the citizens and to prevent Red Liberator from potentially harming my forum.

2.  A loss in pride since I'd be the one giving in, and also since the FR representatives have repeatedly stated they want nothing less than full control of the board (although they graciously 'offered' to let me retain EZop status, which I found rather insulting) I'd need something to compensate for the loss of personal power over what is legally my ezboard (if they're interested in purchasing it from me I'm willing to at least hear them out).  Also, I'd want some kind of compensation for allowing them the use of my board on a lease basis (sort of a like an ISP demands payment for allowing clients to use its network).

3.  Before the FR was formed I was a member of the IRQM.  During and after the formation of the FR I was a dual citizen of both the IRQM and the FR.
