Scotland leaving Britannia

I am Red Dwarf from Britannia. I originally found the PBF through this boad, so I thought it would be important to post this here.



David Redstone has once again taken over the PBF. He has deleted almost all the forums and pretty much taken over, even though he denies this. I'm fairly new to micronations, since I only joined the PBF a few weeks ago. But i've seen by the other micronations this is not how an online country works or how people act normally in these simulations.



Redstone is a sham and i've put up with as much of him as I can stand. So it is both sad and hopeful that Scotland announces that it is leaving the People's Britannic Federation and establishing an independent union.



As an independent socialist democracy, Scotland will adopt the name of the Union of Skye, comprising the republics of Skye, Orkney, Alba, Hirta and Pictavia. Our government will be relocated to Dunvegan on Skye where a provisional council will be formed to administer government affairs until elections are held.



Please support the independence of Skye against Redstone and his tyrannical dictatorship. I hope to make Skye what many of us hoped for in Britannia, a true socialist democracy but nothing to the extreme left or right wings. Something where people can enjoy themselves a bit too. If anyne here is still interested in the project, please join. I need good people to fill the government so we can have true democracy.



I will be opening a new forum for Skye on ezboard this weekend and will share the link here. I hope many of you will pay us a visit.

Brittanic federation, red britain, brtish somethin somethin, and now scotland? Be original! Do a nation like Australia or sumthin next time! Heck, even france, and I HATE France!

As many as we damn well like! We're getting fed up with people like you with your "holier than thou" attitudes telling us what we can or cant do. We can create whatever nations we want to, with whichever political system we want or believe in. No-one, certainly not some one like you, has any @#%$ right to tell us otherwise. Freedom of Choice is a right, and you and others seem determined to prevent people from exercising that right. And I'm not surprised as you tried to victimise a proportion of human society with a homophobic proposal which went against every constitution I know, and every anti-discrimination law in the real world.



And just for the record as you are too dumb to see it, Red Dwarf is creating an independant Scottish state, something that many Scottish people believe in, and not another Britain which refers to England, Scotland & Wales together.

As Mr. Spall said, this is not a rehash of Britannia, this is to be an independent Scottish nation. And it is because of originality that I decided to use the name Skye instead of Scotland. I saw all the confusion created when Redstone founded Britannia, and I don't want the same with this project.

I may transfer my citizenship from Britannia to Skye, seeing as it's pointless to keep contributing to Redstonnia.

Scotland was called Alba before it was called Scotland. Scotia meant Ireland until fairly late in the Middle Ages.
