The problem we really need solving is how to create capital?  Atleast I think this is the problem.

To me it sounds that you have a kind of (e-)commerce facility with selling t-shirts and such.



Because you are dealing with real money, you can make an investment into your own economy as a starting capital. Once you have made enough profit to let the "economy" run on its own, you can withdraw your initial investment again.



This would make you owner of your country, though.
