Finally, on to the National Awards.



In the category of Most Efficient Government, the nominees were:  Dinarchy of Antica; Shireroth; Babkha; Red Antilles.



And the winner is:

The Kingdom of Babkha

In the category of Most Culturally Developed Micronation, the nominees were:  San Martin; Babkha; Antica; Novaya Zemlya; Shireroth.



And the winner is:

In the category of Saeed al-Sayyaf Award for Best Propaganda, the nominees were:  Antican Naval Infantry, Dinarchy of Antica; Shireroth's March to the Landsraad Hall; Spelevsk for propaganda in Antillian Pravda.



And the winner is:

Shireroth's March to the Landsraad Hall

Babkha? Winning the award for most unusual micronation? Babkha is about as mundane as a micronation can come. Especially with its beaurocracy. Sure it has a culture (One that steals from the real world, no less), but it's just copied and not original at all. This is corruption at its finest; Shireroth should have at least won the cultural award. You can't get more cultural than creating a completely new culture. Look at Gryphon's examples, for the gods' sake.
