Babkha? Winning the award for most unusual micronation? Babkha is about as mundane as a micronation can come. Especially with its beaurocracy. Sure it has a culture (One that steals from the real world, no less), but it's just copied and not original at all. This is corruption at its finest; Shireroth should have at least won the cultural award. You can't get more cultural than creating a completely new culture.
