Probably only English and Australian people will really care about this....

3-0 to Australia.
Warney with 699 wickets.
KP the only English batsmen looking dangerous against the Australian's and he's not even English... Wink

Will it be a 5-0 whitewash?
Has English cricket died once more?

No, the Australians are independent, the only thing they share with us now is the Commonwealth and the British Crown in the person of Queen Elizabeth.

Yes, Ardy is right. Queen Elizabeth holds the title of Queen of Australia separately from her other titles. The last consitutional tie was removed in 1986 (if i remember correctly) and we had actually became indepedent in 1901, with the federation of the colonies.

5-0. Not bad for convicts, eh?

It was 1931 with the Statues of Westminster that we became removed from the British crown and Government, moreso than with Federation.
