Accelerating appearance of headlines in MNN 24/7

Any way to do this? Seems there's a lot of lag time. What's the best site to ping to get on there quickly?

It's far better than it used to be. I'll do another purge of the current feeds later this week to remove any that are no longer working or active as per our 1 year policy.

How does it work? Does it cull the feeds themselves (that's what I recall), or does it draw content from some external site one pings? If the latter, it probably can be sped up by choice of ping-site. (whatever those are called)
