Either the beginning or the end of next week...not sure, I'm still in the process of reacquainting myself with their system.

Ok, after a long quiet, here's an update on the League. I'll start with the standings (Win-Loss-Tie):
1. Middlestock Maracas (39-22-2)
2. Trinovantic Warriors (37-25-1)
3. Bobalanian Tigers (33-28-2)
4. Bobalanian Boppers (33-29-1)
5. Jægærer Beirelns (28-35-0)
6. C.D. Sofópolis (16-47-0)

If I'm not mistaken, today will be the end of Week 11. Scores from this week's matches will be posted when available, and the standings will be amended. Playoffs will begin in Week 22 and end after Week 24. Quarterfinals will be in Week 22, Semifinals will be in Week 23 and the Final will be in Week 24.

Whoever owns the Trinovantic Warriors, there's a trade proposal waiting for you.

Who owns C.D. Sofópolis? They suck...they're even doing worse than my team! Tongue

Anyhow...last week's winners and losers:

Jægærer Beirelns beat the Trinovantic Warriors,
The Bobalanian Tigers beat the Bobalanian Boppers,
The Middlestock Maracas soundly defeated C.D. Sofópolis.

And the amended standings:
1. Middlestock Maracas (47-23-2)
2. Trinovantic Warriors (41-30-1)
3. Bobalanian Tigers (38-32-2)
4. Bobalanian Boppers (37-34-1)
5. Jægærer Beirelns (33-39-0)
6. C.D. Sofópolis (17-55-0)

None of this really matters for most of the teams, though, since all of the teams will get to go into the finals. It does matter for whoever is in the top two positions when the Quarter finals begin, since they get the week off for Quarterfinals and get free passes to the Semifinals.

Anyhow...this week's matches:
Jægærer Beirelns vs. Bobalanian Boppers
Trinovantic Warriors vs. Middlestock Maracas
C.D. Sofópolis vs. Bobalanian Tigers

Last week:
Jægærer Beirelns had their second winning week in a row after a losing week, another winning week and four more losing weeks.

The Trinovantic Warriors were prevented from going into a winning streak as they were defeated by Jægærer Beirelns. Prior to last week, the Trinovantic Warriors had two winning weeks in a row, preceded by two losing weeks, preceded by three winning weeks.

The Bobalanian Boppers were defeated by the Bobalanian Tigers. Prior to last week, the Boppers had a winning week, preceded by a losing week, preceded by two winning weeks, preceded by a tie week, preceded by a winning week, preceded by a losing week.

C.D. Sofópolis continued their season-long losing streak.

The Bobalanian Tigers defeated the Bobalanian Boppers. The Tigers had lost the week before, won the week before that, lost the week before that, won the week before that, tied the week before that, lost the week before that and won the week before that.

The league's leading team, the Middlestock Maracas, won. The week before last, the Maracas' season-long winning streak was put to an end when they lost that week to Jægærer Beirelns.

March 24 marks the beginning of the playoffs...getting closer.

I'm thinking maybe the organization of the GBA should be formalized for next season though.
