Regulations for the Micronational Roll of Arms§ 1.All coats of arms and non-heraldic devices composed by the College of Arms should be registered in the Micronational Roll of Arms (MRA).
§ 2.Any micronation, individual or organisation can have their coats of arms or non-heraldic devices registered in the MRA upon application. The College of Arms reserves the right to refuse registration if:
- The coat of arms does not conform to heraldic rules,
- There is no picture available of the coat of arms or the non-heraldic device or
- The coat of arms infringes the rights of third parties.
§ 3.A device registered according to § 2 can be removed from the MRA on application from any micronation, organisation or individual who posesses intellectual property to the device.
§ 4.All coats of arms in the MRA should be properly blazoned.
§ 5.Registrations in the MRA are ordered so that each micronation or international organisation is listed in alphabetical order. For each micronation the national coat of arms or non-heraldic device is listed first, then the coats of arms of sovereigns and their families are listed and then all other coats of arms are listed in alphabetical order of the armigers' names.
§ 6.These rules can be altered at any time by the College of Arms without notice.
