I found out that the capital of Samoa is Apia which is pronounced the same as Apiya and also it could be a problem because in the Montenegrin (Serbian) language there is an orthographic rule that between "i" and "a" is the consonant "j" and therefor, both are written "Apija" (Montenegrin being one of the official languages in Apiya)

In Apiyan there would be no problem because in the names of nations, the "iya" is correct and so in Apiyan, Apiya is written Apiya and because Apia is a city, in Apiyan it is written Apia, so there is no problem in Apiyan
