Issues concerning Rambai

My dear Micronational friends,
It's been a long, long time since I posted on these forums. I'm sure there are many new faces, and the old faces, who know and respect what I did micronations.
A little over two years ago I began a nation called Rambai, as a side project to my main micronational committment of the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg. The nation always seemed plagued by lack of activity but over the two years, it constantly grew and developed, gaining some dedicated and committed citizens.
I recently closed down Rambai for the future, due to pressing macronational committments, and I did not want to see the nation dissolve into oblivion, its name tainted. Closing it down gave it the oppurtunity to restart again, refreshed and renergised.
Over time, there has been a growing animosity between myself (under the moniker of Paduka Kebawah as King) and a man calling himself Patriarch Cyril, the "Regent" of Rambai.
When the nation was closed, he attempted to continue it, with a new website and by 'banishing' me and other loyal citizens to the Crown (including Guido Zambelis and Mahasamut Khan). He is using the Rambai name illegally, and is dragging the legacy of the nation through the mud.
I do not have time, not the inclination, to deal with such an immature fool. Macronational legal proceedings aside, I can not do much about it. If this continues, legal proceedings may be an avenue I seek.
However, I ask you all, and warn you all, to not deal with the man. He accuses me of papelism, yet, has the same IP address for two different persons. I believe the support of the macronational community united against this liar and hypocrite will be enough to stop this fake Rambai.
If you worry about who I am, Liam Sinclair and Guido Zambelis, can attest to my character and integrity.
Thank you all.
Kind Regards,
Thomas Maher

I think you failed to mention how you had irrevocably abdicated and was not longer king and therefore did not have right to delet or hide or whatever the forums. and you know what its to easy to discredit someone by claiming they share the same ip without proof... when raef accused you first of doing that? you are just doing the same thing he did. im really shocked you would do this. especially whn i had supported you throughout the whole thing... and hiding the forums is surely the most immature thing to do...

I have not abdicated. Please tell me why you thought this? The Kingdom has not folded, it is simply on hiatus as an online presence. As King of Rambai, and OWNER of the Rambai (and associated material created by myself) and the Forums. I may do as I see fit with regards to the online presence of the nation. Raef may not, and he uses the Rambai name illegally.
They are NOT deleted. How many times must we say this? They have just been hidden. Hiding the forums is not immature - a similar thing was conducted by Gotzborg, probably one of the most respected micronations, and all the old hands of this forum would remember that . It is to ensure the safety of the material located on the forum, when it will not have regualr access by adminstrators. If you want to access your work, contact me or Liam Sinclair, and we can sort it out.
I accuse people where there is just cause and just evidence - I have been passed on such CREDIBLE and RELIABLE information, and therefore, used it in retalition to your immature claims. I can't have you destroy for no reason my hard earned reputation in the micronational world.

This must surely be the most immature outburst in recent times. As immature as it is inaccurate and misleading.

Seeing as you are so 'expert' in law, tell me why it is inaccurate and misleading?

See my letter in the micronational eye, where I address all the attendant issues.
